Description: Pair of antique cast iron horse stable dividers with horseshoe decoration. Each labeled in casting "ADAMS 962 N. 9TH" (PHILA). The William Adams Foundry in Philadelphia was a major ornamental iron work foundry operating from 1872 to 1929. These would be installed in horse stalls in a horse stable barn. 72 inches high and 26 inches wide.

Description: Pair of vintage cast stone baskets of fruit decorated with white marble aggregate. 16 inches high, and 16 inches wide. Circa 1950. These baskets are cast with fine detail and the marble chips on the fruit add sparkle in the sunlight. Used to flank an entrance or to top piers.

These are solid stone and vary in diameter from 18-22 inches wide and vary from 3-6 inches in depth. Several available. One side is incised in a pattern and one side is plain. Description: Antique bouquet holder or 'posey holder', silver plate with chain and brass pins to hold bouquet in place. This was for carrying a small bouquet, often for a wedding or formal dance. In England and Europe small flower arrangements were ofter called 'posy' (also spelled 'posey') and in American these small containers were called 'tussie mussies'. Tussie is an old word meaning knot of flowers. The word mussie refers to wet moss used to keep the flowers wet. This trumpet shaped holder is mounted on a handle and the flowers fit down in the narrow end. The brass pin attached by a chain holds the flowers secure. There are no silver marks as it is silver plate. The ring is attached to the holder and shows a small weld where it is attached indicating old construction. The brass pin inserts through the holes to hold the bouquet. Charming and perfect for a bride to carry. 5 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. $75.
