Unusual labeled pair of large cast iron Tulip Urns, 19th century, two part, with elongated flaring lobed bowls ending in scalloped rims, sitting on square plinths, in a crisp botanical pattern called 'Tulip Urn'. This dramatic pair is a large size which will make an outstanding focal point when placed. Each urn is labeled 'Walbridge & Co. Buffalo, N.Y." in casting on the plinth or base. The Walbridge Foundry was founded in 1869 in Buffalo, N.Y. and was listed under this name from 1885-1900. 36 inches high 29 1/2 inches wide and with 15 inch square plinths.
