Description: Charming and unusual lead fountain of a turtle, cast with fine detail and plumbed with copper piping. 9"H. 13"W. 19"L. Made by FLORENTINE CRAFTSMEN, a prestigious New York City company founded in 1915 that specialized in the finest hand-crafted garden ornament. Now closed. This turtle fountain was illustrated in their catalog under Pond Statuary. Found in Florida estate.

Description: Beautiful antique cast iron garden bench in the rare Passion Flower pattern. This early botanical design originated in England and was registered in 1862 by the Coalbrookdale Company and was then copied by American foundries. This seat of scrolling curved form with an arched back pierced with passion flowers and vines has end supports with parrot head terminals over cabriole legs. Early 20th century. 32 inches high, 37 inches wide, and 22 1/2 inches deep.

Description: Fern pattern cast iron garden bench and one matching chair. Early 20th century. This set has been professionally cleaned and painted gloss black. The Fern pattern was one of the earliest naturalistic designs from the mid 19th century English Coalbrookdale foundry designers, and which was then copied by American foundries. This is a bold pattern of large fern fronds, perfect for any garden setting. Bench 45"W. Chair 24"W.

Description: Antique heavy steel wire work settee or bench labeled on back 'Scheeler & Sons, Buffalo, N.Y.'Located at 316-32 Terrace St. Buffalo, N.Y.this company was formerly Buffalo Wire Works, and advertised 'wire goods, wirework and artistic metal work of all kinds.' Circa 1896. This elaborately designed settee or bench with the rolled crest rail, shaped seat and decorative scroll work has been professionally cleaned, primed and repainted and comes with a custom black chintz cushion. 38 inches high, 54 inches wide and 24 inches deep. Circa 1896.

Description: Antique wire work garden settee or bench in heavy steel wire. This decorative and heavy settee has been professionally cleaned and repainted. Circa 1900. 38 inches high, 54 inches wide, and 21 inches deep. Fanciful wire work furniture became very popular in the second half of the 19th century when wire work companies sold many varieties of wire pieces such as plant stands, chairs and settees, bird cages, trellis and even cradles. These pieces could be easily moved to be placed outdoors, on porches or verandas or indoors.

Description: Antique wire work rectangular form settee with wrought iron frame, of heavy crimped wire, with square back and sides decorated with scrolls and circles and sitting on square feet. Circa 1900. Heavy wire was extremely popular for many forms of garden furniture such as plant stands, tables and chairs, settees and arbors during the late 19th century into the early 20th century. This heavy garden settee has several layers of old paint. It is a good size to place in many areas to give a light airy garden look and a comfortable seat. 33 inches high, 44 inches wide and 20 inches deep.

Description: Laurel pattern aluminum garden bench, a design with large vertical leaf fronds with berries, curved back and bird head arms. This is an early 19th century English botanical pattern copied by American foundries. The design is also called Solomons Seal after the plant by that name. This bench is powder coated in white. Description: Rare set of two cast iron benches and two arm chairs after Karl Friedrich Schinkel (1781-1841) the Prussian neo-classical architect who designed this pattern for the Roman Baths in Potsdam Park in 1835. The design was influenced by the early Roman furniture discovered in Pompei and Herculaneum in the 18th century.The motif of the back panel is a scrolled lyre flanked by classical winged figures. Note the ram's head arm terminals and cloven hoofed feet. Late 19th or early 20th century. Benches: 31 1/2"H. 44"W. 19"D. Chairs: 31 1/2"H. 25 1/2"W. These pieces have been professionally cleaned and repainted. A cast iron chair in this design by Schinkel is in the collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Description: The Passion Flower pattern was registered in England by the Coalbrookdale Company in 1862 and was then copied by American foundries. It is a beautiful botanical curvilinear design depicting the Passion Flower vine. This heavy cast aluminum bench has a weathered surface with traces of white old white paint and dates mid 20th century. The arched back pierced with passion flowers and vines, has arm terminals of parrot heads over cabriole legs. 30 1/2"H and 39"W.

This botanical pattern was originally registered in 1870 in England by the Coalbrookdale Foundry and then copied by American foundries. The Fern pattern was one of the earliest naturalistic designs. Found in southern estate. Each piece of this set has been professionally cleaned and painted gloss black. Benches 33 inches high and 55 inches wide. Chairs 33 inches high and 24 inches wide.
